Meet your indigenous facilitators:
Shanenawá People – People of the Blue Bird.
The Shanenawa people live on the banks of the Envira River (Feijó – Acre) since 1940, there are 1500 indigenous people distributed in 11 villages, they live in the tradition and within their culture, considered by all indigenous people as Doctors of the Forest, they are scholars of medicinal herbs and much talked about by the best medicines of the forest.

Giving a voice to the entire Shanenawá nation, Shanenawa people present the Pajé and Cacique Maná, a young leader of the Kene Merá Village. For 16 years, Maná was prepared by the village elders, receiving ancestral knowledge and their own people’s knowledge to be consecrated as one of the connoisseurs of sacred medicines, one of the Pajés.
